At Ashton Pointe Homes, gas, water & sewage, and trash are included in rent. Additionally, residents have access to our cardio-fitness center, swimming pool, fun play parks, and 24/hr on-site laundry facilities.
At Ashton Pointe Homes, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out. Additionally, Ashton Pointe Homes participates in the SureDeposit bond program that is another option for paying your security deposit. At Ashton Pointe Homes, the application fee is $60 per household and is non-refundable. There is also a $75 administration fee.
At Ashton Pointe Homes, residents are responsible for electric, internet, cable, and renter's insurance.
Ashton Pointe Homes is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a fee of $20 a month for the 1st pet and an additional $10 for the 2nd pet. Additionally, there is a $250 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Service animals that do work or provide a service to a person with disabilities or a companion animal that provides comfort and companionship to a person with disabilities. Breed restrictions and fees do not apply.

Residents of Ashton Pointe Homes can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order.
At Ashton Pointe Homes, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests.
Residents of Ashton Pointe Homes can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal , calling the office, or emailing the office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call (844) 834-9415.
