I've been impressed with everyone that works here. They all take pride in doing their jobs to an exceptional level that includes ... the cleaning staff, maintenance, concierge, etc. The room around the trash bins are kept impressively clean despite the fact that it's a trash area, the sidewalks are cleared of debris (including the salt for snow/ice), and the few maintenance requests have been resolved within 12 hours.
